Workmanship Warranty Certificate

 This document certifies that Silverhill Roofing & Contracting Inc. provides a workmanship warranty for the roofing work completed at the property listed in the project agreement.
Silverhill Roofing & Contracting warrants that if a defect in workmanship related to the work performed by our company occurs within 10 years from the date of project completion, we will repair the affected area within the original scope of work at no additional cost to the property owner.
If a full roofing system is not installed as outlined in the Terms & Conditions (Warranty Section), the The 
workmanship warranty period will be reduced to 8 years.

 This workmanship warranty applies only to portions of the roof that were fully installed or replaced by Silverhill Roofing & Contracting. Work performed by other contractors or previous roofing systems is not
Replacement as part of the project is not covered under this warranty.

This warranty does not cover:

• normal wear and tear
• damage caused by wind, hail, storms, or severe weather
• structural movement of the building
• damage caused by third parties
• damage caused by animals or foot traffic
• lack of maintenance
• deterioration of sealants or exposed materials over time
• acts of nature that may be subject to an insurance claim

This workmanship warranty does not cover any defects related to the manufacturing of roofing materials. Such issues are covered under the manufacturer’s material warranty for the specific product installed.
This warranty is limited to the repair of workmanship defects only and does not include the replacement of the entire roofing system unless deemed necessary by Silverhill Roofing & Contracting.
